How it works
Halofloor is a web page. It reads what is already playing at your place and turns it into pictures: nothing to install on the screen, nothing to re-import.
On the computer, in Chrome. A demo song is already waiting: press play to watch the engine run.
Spotify, Deezer, SoundCloud or Apple Music, your Sonos speakers with Standard, or one of 50,000 radio stations.
One click opens the broadcast screen: drag it onto the TV or the projector. The console stays at hand to steer.
What changes
Not a looping video: an engine that knows the track — tempo, energy, drops — and computes every frame live, the second it is shown.
Pick your source, open the screen, done. Nothing to install on the TV, no mandatory settings.
While broadcasting, the visuals picked for the track show up as thumbnails. Force one with a click, dismiss the ones you dislike, or let automatic decide.
Energy, how often visuals change, cover size, lyrics, radio dressing: every setting applies on screen while you move it, and remembers you.
From the club to a solo piano piece. The orchestration picks the ones that fit the track, and no scene ever repeats.
Tempo, danceability, build-ups and drops: visuals change on the big moments, not on a timer.
Everything is automatic. Nobody needs to stay near the computer during the party.
Your existing subscriptions, through a Chrome extension that reads the current track in the player's tab. Never the audio, never your credentials.
Pick the room and Halofloor follows what plays there: title, artist, artwork. The sound stays on your speakers.
With automatic identification of the artist and title on air, station by station, and a radio dressing with news and clock.
Synced lyrics in an elegant box, timing adjustable to the half second. On the demo song as on your platforms.
A browser is enough. The living-room TV, a projector, a laptop over HDMI.
At home as on stage. The same engine, from the living room to the venue.
In venues
The same engine on a bar’s screen or a club’s LED wall. The Pro plan, opening soon, will add your logo on screen, the desktop app and DJ software integration.
The bar, on the brick wall
The club, on the LED wall

Frequently asked
No. Halofloor opens in a browser, on the computer and screen you already own. To follow Spotify, Deezer, SoundCloud, Apple Music or your Sonos, a small Chrome extension installs in one click — it never touches your account or your password.
Any display connected to a computer with a recent browser: a TV over HDMI, a projector, a second monitor. The broadcast screen fills the whole display and needs no interaction once launched; the console stays on the computer.
Spotify, Deezer, SoundCloud and Apple Music in their web players, and 50,000 radio stations with automatic artist and title identification: all of it from the free plan on. The Sonos speakers on your network come with Standard. Halofloor captures no audio: a platform’s desktop app is not a source.
Halofloor reads what your player is already playing: your existing account is enough, and we resell none of them. Some platforms reserve ad-free playback for their paid tiers, which is their terms, not ours.
It reads, in the player's tab, what the player itself displays: title, artist, artwork, position in the track. It does not capture audio, intercepts no request and never sees your credentials. For Sonos, it talks to the speakers on your local network, like the Sonos app does.
From the console, pick the room to follow among those on your network. Halofloor shows what plays there — title, artist, artwork — and the sound stays on your speakers. The computer must be on the same Wi-Fi network as the Sonos. The integration is included from the Standard plan on.
The engine knows the track: tempo, danceability, build-ups, drops, the artwork's dominant colour. It picks the worlds that suit it and changes on the big moments. Every frame is computed live — these are not videos, and two plays of the same track never give the same picture.
A selection of the 200 visual worlds, your platforms and the 50,000 radios, with no time limit and no credit card. Customisation is reduced, karaoke and Sonos need Standard, and the screen carries a discreet Halofloor signature.
That the product works, but is still moving: new worlds, settings and sources land regularly, and some rough edges may remain. Paid plans open up progressively during this period; what is free today stays free.
Yes, the Pro plan is meant for that. Public performance of music remains subject to your country's copyright rules, whether you use Halofloor or not: paying the applicable fees to the relevant body is up to you.
The strict minimum: the metadata of the current track to match it with artwork and an analysis, and three settings cookies on your computer. We do not record audio, and your platform credentials never pass through our servers. Details are on the Privacy page.
The monthly plan stops at the end of the current month, the yearly one at its renewal date, both from your account and without forced renewal. The party pass simply expires after 48 hours.
