Halofloor is a web page. It reads what is already playing at your place and turns it into pictures: nothing to install on the screen, nothing to re-import.
Open the console
On the computer, in Chrome. A demo song is already waiting: press play to watch the engine run.
Pick the source
Spotify, Deezer, SoundCloud or Apple Music, your Sonos speakers with Standard, or one of 50,000 radio stations.
Broadcast

What people ask before switching on the TV
Does my regular Spotify account work?
Your regular Spotify account works: open Spotify in your browser and Halofloor follows whatever is playing. What your account lets you play is up to Spotify.
How much does it cost?
The free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card: a selection of the 200 visual worlds, your music apps and 50,000 radio stations. Standard adds the full catalog, karaoke, Sonos and the settings; during the beta, you can get it free on request until December 1, 2026.
What kind of TV do I need?
Any TV with an HDMI input works, smart or not. The computer renders the visuals and the TV displays them, with no app to install.
How do I get the sound through the TV?
Choose the TV as your computer’s sound output: on a Mac, in System Settings › Sound; on Windows, with the speaker icon. The music still comes from your player; Halofloor never touches it.
How do I keep the visuals going all night?
Turn off your computer’s sleep mode and keep it plugged in: the visuals then run as long as the music does.
Does my music stay at home?
Your audio stays at home: Halofloor recognizes the song by its title and artist and relies on an analysis of that track made by our servers. The audio is never recorded or transmitted.
