What Cascade shows
Cascade lines up hundreds of chains of light hanging on several depth planes. Every link glows on its own, and the chains sway, coil and twist as if a wave were passing through them.
Waves start on the beat and travel from chain to chain, wider as the track builds. A sober, elegant world, perfect for ambient, downtempo and minimal electronic music, or for a dinner where the music stays in the background.

Is Cascade a video?
Every frame of Cascade is computed live by your computer from the song’s analysis: tempo, energy, build-ups and drops. It never repeats from one song to the next.
What kind of TV do I need?
Any TV with an HDMI input works, smart or not. The computer renders the visuals and the TV displays them, with no app to install.
