What Ledcube shows

Ledcube hangs a giant 16 x 16 x 16 LED cube in a black hall, slowly turning above a glossy black floor. It plays animations in volume: pixel rain, waves, a shell swelling on the kick, a 3D spectrum, a glowing snake, LED fireworks, planes sweeping through it. The unlit LEDs stay visible as small glass beads; the lit ones light up the rods that carry them.

On every beat a shell or a plane crosses the cube, on every bar the animation changes and every LED blinks once, on every phrase the palette switches between monochrome, rainbow and two colours. The artist’s name scrolls through the cube at least once per scene, facing you. In a build-up the planes speed up; on the drop everything lights up white, then bursts.
