What Pinball shows
Pinball starts from two photos of a real pinball table, lights off and on. A chrome ball bounces between the bumpers, the slingshots and the ramp, and every hit lands on a beat or an eighth note: the ball seems to play the music. The flippers rise as it arrives and send it back on the downbeat.
Inserts chase toward the ramps, bumpers flash when hit, and the ramp lights up as the ball rides it. Each phrase adds two balls for a multiball, and on the drop a jackpot flashes the whole table. An arcade world for electro, pop, rock, funk and big beat.
