What Thermal shows
Thermal shows temperatures rather than colours: geometric shapes float in a room, and the thermal-camera palette — from cold violet to burning yellow — tells which ones are heating up, with the graduated scale at the side.
The shapes heat up on the strong beats and slowly cool down in the breaks, and the whole room warms up in the choruses. An original world for electronic music, techno, bass music and experimental sounds.

Frequently asked
Questions about Thermal
What music does Thermal suit best?
Thermal is designed for electronic, techno, bass music, experimental, ideally between 100 and 170 BPM. Halofloor picks it on its own when a song suits it, and you can also force it from the console.
Is Thermal free?
Thermal is part of Halofloor’s free plan, with no time limit and no credit card. Just open the console and start your music.
Is Thermal a video?
Every frame of Thermal is computed live by your computer from the song’s analysis: tempo, energy, build-ups and drops. It never repeats from one song to the next.
What kind of TV do I need?
Any TV with an HDMI input works, smart or not. The computer renders the visuals and the TV displays them, with no app to install.
