What Branches shows

Branches grows a fractal neon tree from the bottom of the screen: the trunk rises and splits, every branch splits in turn, one level per beat, up to a crown of hundreds of glowing twigs. Eight silhouettes follow one another on the phrases, from cypress to willow by way of the spiral, the fern and the candelabra.

The wind climbs from the trunk to the twigs on every bar, each kick sends a shudder up the branches, and flowers of light open in waves on the beat. During the build-up the tree twists into a spiral; on the drop the flowers burst into petals, the branches collapse, then the tree grows again.
