What Maze shows
Maze takes you first-person through the corridors of an endless maze drawn in edges of light on black. Every wall is a screen: equaliser bars, scrolling chevrons, dot grids lighting up in waves, and the cover on one panel per corridor. The black floor reflects everything like a mirror.
The camera moves one cell per beat and turns at the junctions on the first beat of the bar. In the build-up the run speeds up and the walls fill with arrows; on the drop it bursts into a great hall of equaliser walls whose ceiling opens onto the dark. For techno, hard techno, drum and bass and dubstep.
