What Videoloop shows

Videoloop recreates the analogue video feedback loop: a camera films the monitor that shows it, and the picture repeats forever in swirling tunnels and spirals. Each repetition shifts in hue, so the monitors sink into a rainbow toward the centre, with the blur, grain and scanlines of cathode-ray tubes.

The rotation twists in jolts on the beats, the tunnel turns inside out on every bar, each phrase brings a new figure - tunnel, spiral, galaxy, flower or drift - and on the drop the loop is unplugged in a burst of snow before it starts again. For techno, acid, psytrance, electronic krautrock and IDM.
