What Echo shows
Echo uses the oldest trick in the VJ book: feeding the picture back into its own loop. The artwork, framed by a neon ring, leaves behind ever-older copies that zoom, rotate and shift hue.
Zoom and rotation follow the tempo, the colour drifts with each phrase and the loop restarts on the strong beats. A VJ-culture classic for techno, house and psychedelic music.

Questions about Echo
What music does Echo suit best?
Echo is designed for techno, house, electronic, psychedelic, ideally between 115 and 180 BPM. Halofloor picks it on its own when a song suits it, and you can also force it from the console.
Is Echo free?
Echo is part of Halofloor’s free plan, with no time limit and no credit card. Just open the console and start your music.
Is Echo a video?
Every frame of Echo is computed live by your computer from the song’s analysis: tempo, energy, build-ups and drops. It never repeats from one song to the next.
What kind of TV do I need?
Any TV with an HDMI input works, smart or not. The computer renders the visuals and the TV displays them, with no app to install.
