What Isocubes shows
Isocubes shows an endless field of cubes seen in isometric view, the op-art tumbling-blocks pattern: three faces per cube, light, medium and dark, with a thin neon edge on every corner. The columns rise and fall in waves: a ring leaves the centre on every beat, a wave crosses diagonally on every bar, a fine shimmer runs from column to column on the highs.
On some phrases the heights draw a shape seen from above: a circle, a ring, a cross, a spiral, or four letters of the title. On the bar after a drop the pattern flips: light and dark swap and the cubes become hollows. For house, techno, electro and nu-disco.
