Particles and spotlights

Swarm — a swarm of glowing particles

A swarm of thousands of glowing particles whirling like a murmuration of starlings.

What Swarm shows

Swarm flies tens of thousands of particles that behave like a murmuration of starlings: they attract, avoid each other and form clouds, rings and waves that keep changing shape. The swarm is the only light.

The cloud contracts on the beat, stretches out on the build-ups and bursts on the drops before regrouping. An organic world for electronic music, trance, techno and ambient.

Questions about Swarm

What music does Swarm suit best?

Swarm is designed for electronic, trance, techno, ambient, ideally between 100 and 175 BPM. Halofloor picks it on its own when a song suits it, and you can also force it from the console.

Is Swarm free?

Swarm is part of Halofloor’s free plan, with no time limit and no credit card. Just open the console and start your music.

Is Swarm a video?

Every frame of Swarm is computed live by your computer from the song’s analysis: tempo, energy, build-ups and drops. It never repeats from one song to the next.

What kind of TV do I need?

Any TV with an HDMI input works, smart or not. The computer renders the visuals and the TV displays them, with no app to install.
