On screen
What Turing shows
Turing simulates a chemical reaction between two substances, the one that draws a leopard’s spots or a zebra’s stripes. On screen, rings, dots and mazes grow, divide and merge.
The reaction’s parameters change with the song’s phrases: the pattern moves from spots to stripes, then to mazes. An organic, fascinating world for electronic music, IDM, ambient and minimal techno.

Frequently asked
Questions about Turing
What music does Turing suit best?
Turing is designed for electronic, IDM, ambient, minimal techno, ideally between 60 and 150 BPM. Halofloor picks it on its own when a song suits it, and you can also force it from the console.
Is Turing free?
Turing is part of Halofloor’s free plan, with no time limit and no credit card. Just open the console and start your music.
Is Turing a video?
Every frame of Turing is computed live by your computer from the song’s analysis: tempo, energy, build-ups and drops. It never repeats from one song to the next.
What kind of TV do I need?
Any TV with an HDMI input works, smart or not. The computer renders the visuals and the TV displays them, with no app to install.
Put Turing on your screen
Open the console, pick your music: Halofloor does the rest.
